internet explorer - Not able to login in admin panel from Chrome, Firefox, IE -


i have ecommerce website on latest version of magento , hosted on godaddy (shared server).

for days working fine. now, unable login in admin panel browsers - chrome, ie, firefox. have tried clearing out cookies , site preferences still no resolution. there no error message. page refreshed login page.

can please help. impacting business.

the problem talking of cookie problem.if can log in admin panel go to

"system->configuration->web"

under "session cookie management" see field "cookie domain", add domain there case ".com" save , try login again.if doesnot work try putting "/" on "cookie path".

if cannot login admin panel have edit in "core_config_data" table. in table search field mentioned above , make changes.
