Suppress Crystal Reports section if there are no rows in a datatable -

i have section in crystal report want suppress. need suppress if there 0 rows in particular table in dataset using. how this? record number special field provided appears internal count of records in report, , not relate rows in underlying data table.

i creating report c#, cannot suppress section code (it doesn't fit project structure) - must able report itself. table concerned being passed report in dataset, contains 0 rows. there must way establish inside report itself.....

can please point me in right direction?

in crystal reports designer, view properties of section , there should option suppress, can give formula return appropriate boolean value.

you use count() function within formula , (i believe) can pass name of dataset count() function number of rows in dataset.

i did same thing on complex report 3 months ago don't have access report more having changed jobs i'm sorry cannot more specific, hoepfully gives starting point.
