ios8 - How to identify iOS device with Unique id, For Blocking and UnBlocking the Device -

my requirement want add list of ios devices in account , devices have access use app. earlier have udid access can take udid itunes store , add manually , using ios sdk can access udid , compare both,

but in latest sdk's seems apple rejecting apps accessing udid using sdk.

what component unique , item can use. can 1 let me know
