Windows 7 taskbar disable "show if mouse-over" -


my default auto-hide windows 7 taskbar.

1. can show taskbar when mouse on line on edge.

or

2. can show when press windows button.

i disable 1st option , keep 2nd.

ideally, delete windows taskbar line that's not priority. apps seems work way. glad tweaks or tips.

edit: example of how can imagine works.

my windows toolbar hidden @ top of screen, thin line visible. still want taskbar there avaible. pop out when press windows button.

but want disable option when mouse @ top line cause windows taskbar pop out.

it not matter me if thin line visible or not. dont want taskbar show when use mouse.
