i have uploaded cakephp project in workspace of cloud9 able run demo php/index.php working when accessing cakephp getting error must enable intl extension use cakephp. in /home/ubuntu/workspace/hw/config/bootstrap.php on line 38

what , how can edit php.ini file in cloud9 there nothing mentioned in cloud docs
