Partitioning using dynamic values from table - Oracle 11gR2 -


i want create table partitioning automatically adds partition via column name.

e.g. phone numbers (should take distinct values) , new numbers added column, partition should create partition (with specific name preferable) such "name of month"_"mobile number".

adding partition tedious there on 1,000 data add each day partition. partition may have query , pull data table.
