how drawn 1: 0 or more relationship in mysql workbench? used manual assign method. don't drag , match method

you can draw relationship , edit opening relationship editor via double click on relationship. select 1:n cardinality , uncheck "mandatory":

of course use second relationship tool (hotkey: 2) drag 1:n relationship on canvas.
