asp.net - How do I fix this add reference issue in Visual Studio 2013 -


when attempt add reference following error, happens in every vs 2013 project, new ones

"value not fall within expected range"

just try running 

devenv /setup

from command line. sounds if installation has problem.

How to group boxplot outliers in gnuplot -
