android - Way to determine a View (or other element) size and position after weight is applied -


i'm trying position , size of view (specifically imageview don't belief makes of difference). view (and parent) has weight on it, therefore has resizing can't seem able measure.

i'm using globallayoutlistener @ moment , in listener can size , position of imageview before weight applied, actual dimensions , position not same. clue how values?
