matlab column-major, while c row-major (so input fivepoint_helper has row-major data organization). assuming ee 9 rows 4 columns have,

e27 = ee[2*9 + 7 ]; // row 7, column 2 ? 

where 9 number of rows, looks ok, only column-major inputs. if using read in row-major data in c (non-mex) version, wrong.

for fix, change of these equations deal row-major input, , make mex version work, transpose input. that's quick fix, add transpose inside mex file version.
