Can a watchkit app launch itself like a notification at a specific time without ios App sending a localnotification? -


if make watchkit app, user have run app on ios set off timed notification on watch? there way set watchkit "good morning" every morning @ 8am without ios app?

it seems best solution use localnotification ios app, @ least current watchkit functionality available of 4/3/15.

How to group boxplot outliers in gnuplot -
