mpeg dash - mp4box for streaming content via HTML5 page -


i'm doing multimedia course assignment we've been given prepare , deliver dash content web server. i've been muddling through steps best can using ffmpeg , mp4box - however, i'm not sure if i'm doing right because i'm not sure outcome supposed be.

in short, have 3 video clips prepare of same subject - close, medium , wide shot. each clip 10 seconds long. assignment brief asks use ffmpeg prepare 2 representations, high quality 1 , low quality one, each clip giving total of 6 videos produced. i've done okay mp4box , dash stuff confusing me.

the brief requires use mp4box create mpeg-dash compatible mpd file , media segments. i've followed steps on site https://kvssoft.wordpress.com/2015/01/28/mpeg-dash-gop/#more-289 i'm unsure if i've gone right way. create single mpd file of 6 videos i've created ffmpeg? i've done , i've ended mpd file , approximately 20 files ending in .ms (media segment files assume). i'm uncertain of how go presenting in html5 page. previous attempt @ creating mpd file 1 video file displayed okay in web page i'm getting nothing attempt. on wrong track?
