Mailchimp total difference -

i use mailchimp api in order make custom reports, , saw there's difference between api returns , displayed on mailchimp reports dashboard. on dashboard, there's difference. here's example of unsubscribed report:

no longer interested 91 did not sign 48 inappropriate content 0 spam 2 other 0 unspecified 82 

so total 223. same total api.

but when export unsubscribed report, have 195 rows. know why there's such difference?

the difference (e.g. 28 contacts) hard bounces. unsubscribed , shown in total, unsubscribed system (because mailboxes doesn't exist anymore) , not themselves, don't fall reason.
