  1. is $(sqllogdir) appropriate place job step output files
  2. is valid create stored procedures in 'master' or 'msdb' database call job step instead of having sql directly in job step
  3. what proper location powershell scripts used in job step? in c:\pf\...\mssql\jobs, (sibling directory data)? best way specify directory, $(sqllogdir)\..\jobs
