YouTrack - send out email to requester when issue is resolved -


we have email integration setup such users can email youtrack desk. setup workflow such when issue moves resolved state requester notification issue fixed.

i can add field in there "requested by" string , create workflow fills in requester email address (who not youtrack user, hence string) , use in workflow first wondering if:

  1. that best approach and
  2. anyone have existing workflow they'd share me started?
