ios - How do I stop someone from using our app? -


our ios app has kind of chat room, messaging service built it, reflected on our website.

sometimes few users come on stir trouble, lately there's been few can't shake. on web can restrict ip, , we've been blocking them through app via device id.

which worked while until figured out reinstalling app reset it.

is there anyway @ identify these people, , permanently restrict access?

you can store device id in keychain, way have same id after deleting , reinstalling app.
