SharePoint 2013 crawl external website with querystring parameter -

i need index company's employee manual, hosted on external website. page requires login, , supports auto-login through query string parameter.

like this: http://manual.externalprovider.com?token=xxxxxxxxx

when entering url in content source no result , following warning:

item not crawled due 1 of following reasons: preventive crawl rule; specified content source hops/depth exceeded; url has query string parameter; required protocol handler not found; preventive robots directive. ( item deleted because excluded crawl rule. )

is impossible crawl content has query string parameter in start addresss? other suggestions on how solve this?

think possible, need create new crawl rule.
go search service application -> crawl rules -> new crawl rule.
paste starting url: http://manual.externalprovider.com/* , please check "include items in path" , "crawl complex urls (urls contain question mark (?))".
