dynamics crm 2011 - CRM 2013 : Data change in Active Directory synced by office 365 in user record is not triggering a OOB Workflow automatically -


i have online crm organization , oob workflow written execute on change of primaryemailaddress field data in user record. workflow not getting triggered when there change in user data in active directory getting synced through office 365. workflow getting triggered when changing data manually in user record not active directory changes.

is there limitions of workflow or actual reason behind not triggering workflow. if has faced issue before , me out in finding root cause of it.
